ZF India Pvt. Ltd. has secured a significant contract from one of India’s top commercial vehicle manufacturers to supply its locally produced, heavy-duty 430mm clutch system. Specially engineered for high-performance engines and adapted to meet demanding Indian road and usage conditions, the system reinforces ZF’s leadership in advanced driveline solutions tailored for the region.
The agreement, finalized in May 2025, includes the supply of several thousand units, with production set to begin in mid-2026 at ZF’s Chakan facility in Pune. This deal underscores ZF’s commitment to localization and strengthening its regional manufacturing footprint in India and beyond.
