Toyota Kirloskar Sundaram Automotive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has inaugurated its first multi-brand retail service outlet, “TSERV Select,” in Bengaluru. The company is a joint venture between Kirloskar Systems Pvt. Ltd., the Trichur Sundaram Santhanam Family (TSSF Group), and Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. (TKM).
The launch of TSERV Select marks the company’s entry into India’s growing organized automotive service segment, driven by evolving customer expectations and increasing demand for transparent, reliable, and professional vehicle service solutions across brands. While the Indian automobile market continues to expand, a large portion of the vehicle servicing ecosystem remains fragmented and unorganized, creating a significant opportunity for trusted, multi-brand service providers.
Toyota Kirloskar Sundaram Automotive Solutions aims to address this gap by offering comprehensive multi-brand vehicle service solutions, backed by trained technicians, robust quality systems, and customer-centric processes, delivering a consistent and high-quality service experience to customers.
The first “TSERV Select” outlet has been inaugurated at KR Puram, Bengaluru, equipped with modern diagnostic capabilities and a skilled workforce. “TSERV Select” represents company-owned [Toyota Kirloskar Sundaram Automotive Solutions] outlets that emphasize infrastructure, quality, safety, and customer experience. The venture plans to expand its footprint across key Indian cities, aligned with market potential and the growing preference for trusted, high-standard vehicle service providers.
The company has appointed Mr. Rajesh Menon as President. With over 35 years of experience across multiple functions in the automobile sector, he will lead the organization in building a scalable, customer-centric service network aligned with India’s evolving automotive service landscape.
Alongside TSERV Select, there is a vast network of third party multi brand service outlets under the “TSERV” trademark, which will cater to Indian customers with extended reach and accessibility, ensuring consistent service standards while scaling presence across diverse markets which currently stands at 150.
