MG Cyberster emerges as India’s Best-Selling Sports Car in 2025

This strong momentum has propelled MG SELECT to become the second-largest luxury EV brand in India, reflecting growing consumer confidence in premium electric mobility.

JSW MG Motor India has announced that the MG Cyberster – the world’s fastest MG – has emerged as India’s top-selling sports car in 2025, marking a significant milestone for the brand in the premium electric mobility space.

With over 500 units sold in just six months, the Cyberster has witnessed strong demand from performance-oriented and luxury EV buyers. Riding on this momentum, MG SELECT, the brand’s luxury retail channel, has also risen to become the second-largest player in India’s luxury EV segment, underscoring MG’s growing footprint at the premium end of the market.

Responding to the enthusiastic market reception, MG SELECT recently enhanced the Cyberster’s appeal with the introduction of Irises Cyan, a bespoke exterior shade designed to highlight the roadster’s bold, sculptural proportions and futuristic design language.

Alongside the Cyberster, the MG M9 has also cemented its position as a segment leader. The Presidential Limousine has found strong resonance among discerning customers seeking refined, chauffeur-driven luxury, further reinforcing MG SELECT’s positioning in the upper echelons of India’s electric mobility landscape.
