Omega Seiki Mobility secures Rs. 50 Crore in fresh funding to accelerate EV expansion

Omega Seiki Mobility has secured Rs. 50 crore in fresh funding to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen R&D, enhance its dealer network, and accelerate next-generation electric mobility solutions across India's growing commercial EV market.

Commercial electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised Rs. 50 crore in a funding round co-led by Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, the Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma.

The newly raised capital will be deployed to expand the company’s manufacturing capabilities, strengthen its research and development (R&D) initiatives, enhance its nationwide dealer and service network, and fast-track the introduction of next-generation electric mobility solutions.

With manufacturing facilities located in Faridabad and Pune, Omega Seiki Mobility continues to strengthen its presence across multiple EV segments, including cargo three-wheelers, passenger electric vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles.

The latest funding underscores investor confidence in OSM’s long-term growth strategy and supports the company’s vision of scaling sustainable mobility solutions to meet the growing demand for electric transportation in India.

According to the company’s latest financial performance, Omega Seiki Mobility reported approximately ₹333 crore in FY26 revenue, achieved ₹7.3 crore in Profit After Tax (PAT), and delivered a 7.7% EBITDA margin, underscoring its disciplined growth strategy. Backed by the 55-year manufacturing legacy of the Anglian Omega Group, the company today serves marquee customers including Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé.

According to a recent pre-IPO research report, Omega Seiki Mobility has been valued in the range of ₹1,775 crore to ₹2,833 crore, reflecting its strong positioning in the electric commercial vehicle segment, improving financial performance, and long-term growth potential.
