Currently, Ashok Leyland’s LCV business in Western India operates through a robust network comprising 29 dealer partners, 130 service workshops, and more than 350 Ashok Leyland Trained Technicians (ALTTs), ensuring service support within a 35-kilometre radius. Over the next year, the company plans to add 30 new touchpoints, with the objective of improving service accessibility and reducing the average service distance to every 25 kilometres, further strengthening customer convenience and operational efficiency across the region.
