
Kia India has strengthened its Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business with the introduction of upgraded warranty plans for both Kia and multi-brand vehicles. Reinforcing its commitment to customer satisfaction, ownership confidence and peace of mind, the company has announced two major enhancements to its CPO program.
Under the new policy, Kia India has extended the certification age limit for pre-owned Kia models from 5 years to 7 years, offering customers greater flexibility and assurance. In addition, these certified vehicles now come with a Kia warranty of up to 24 months or 40,000 km, whichever comes first—ensuring a more reliable and trustworthy ownership experience.
In a strategic move to empower customers with greater flexibility, Kia India has also introduced warranty coverage of up to 12 months or 15,000 kms, whichever is earlier, for other brand vehicles, sold through its CPO Showrooms. The ‘Pre-Owned car certification program’ initiative – one of the best in industry, enables customers to choose from a wider range of pre-owned cars – regardless of brand – while still enjoying the confidence and peace of mind that comes with Kia’s certified standards.

Every pre-owned car sold under the Kia Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program undergoes a comprehensive 175-point inspection. Only vehicles that successfully meet this standard quality norms are certified and offered for sale through the CPO network. This rigorous evaluation ensures consistency, transparency, and long-term reliability for customers.
