Mercedes-Benz strengthens presence in key growth markets with new luxury facilities in Faridabad and Agra

With the inauguration of Prime Star in Agra, Mercedes-Benz has brought its world-class luxury experience closer to customers, bridging gaps in regions previously without a direct brand presence. This state-of-the-art 32,000 sq. ft. facility, operated by Prime Star, features a Top-End Vehicle Lounge, Exclusive Hospitality, and a Dedicated Handover Bay, ensuring a premium experience.

Mercedes-Benz, India’s leading luxury carmaker, has expanded its presence in two key growth markets, Faridabad and Agra, as part of its ‘Go to Customer’ strategy. These expansions cater to the rising aspirations and strong demand for luxury vehicles in these regions.

Beyond Agra, Mercedes-Benz plans to further strengthen its footprint in Uttar Pradesh by entering key markets like Kanpur and Varanasi in the coming months. The state’s growing affinity for luxury vehicle consumption highlights its potential as a crucial market. Mercedes-Benz already maintains a strong presence in Uttar Pradesh with a luxury facility in the capital city, Lucknow.

Strategically located in Agra’s automobile hub on NH19, the showroom offers convenient access and reinforces Mercedes-Benz’s presence in Uttar Pradesh. Designed around the brand’s global luxury retail concept, it integrates advanced digital tools for personalized consultations and is supported by a highly trained professional team.

This expansion marks a key milestone in Mercedes-Benz’s strategy to strengthen its footprint in emerging markets. As part of its broader growth plan, the brand will continue expanding into high-potential markets like Kanpur and Varanasi.

T&T Motors Faridabad features an impressive 147-foot façade spanning over 72,000 square feet, complete with an integrated stockyard. As one of the largest facilities, it boasts over 100 parking spaces, 15 productive bays, and 8 supporting bays, along with a Premier Express Prime Service Bay that guarantees service delivery within three hours. Customers can enjoy a luxurious and personalized hospitality experience in the reception area, which includes a dedicated handover bay for customized vehicle deliveries. The workshop also offers a Hospitality Counter with a shop wall, private and semi-private consultation areas, and an upscale customer lounge. Moreover, the site is equipped with a 180KW Fast Charger, allowing customers to relax and enjoy a coffee while their vehicles charge.
