Pavna Industries Limited has begun construction of a new manufacturing facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, marking a significant expansion of the company’s production footprint in southern India.
The automotive components manufacturer recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the facility, which represents the first phase of a planned investment of ₹50 crore. Operations at the Hosur plant are expected to commence later in 2026.
Hosur was chosen as the location for the new plant due to its strategic proximity to several major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) operating in the southern region. In its initial phase, the facility will focus on supplying critical automotive components to customers based in the region, helping improve delivery timelines and logistics efficiency.
Commenting on the development, Swapnil Jain, Managing Director of Pavna Industries, described the groundbreaking ceremony as a milestone in the company’s growth journey. He noted that the Hosur plant is intended to enhance production capacity, strengthen supply chain efficiency, and contribute to regional economic development.
