Tesla has inaugurated its newest charging facility and the first Destination Charging Station in North India at Nexus Select CITYWALK in New Delhi, further strengthening its charging network in the country. The new in-mall charging location features six 11 kW AC Destination Chargers, strategically installed in the P1 parking area to provide Tesla owners with a convenient and reliable charging experience while they shop, dine, or spend time at the mall.
Designed to offer a seamless “Plug In, Charge and Go” experience, the charging station delivers an impressive 99.95% uptime, ensuring dependable access for Tesla customers. The launch marks another milestone in Tesla’s ongoing efforts to expand its charging infrastructure across India and support the growing adoption of electric vehicles.
Tesla has also launched a pop-up store on the ground floor of Nexus Select CITYWALK, open from 6th to 10th July, daily from 11 AM to 9 PM. Visitors can explore the newly launched Model Y L and the 2026 Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive through guided walkarounds, test drives, and immersive product experiences.
The Model Y L, an all-wheel-drive family SUV with a spacious three-row, six-seat layout, delivers exceptional comfort with maximized headroom, legroom, and a cargo capacity of up to 2,539 litres. It offers a range of up to 681 km (WLTP), accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.0 seconds. Model Y L price starts at ₹61,99,000, monthly EMI starting at ₹49,990* with a down payment as low as ₹6,50,000.
The 2026 Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive a new variant of the world’s best-selling EV as of March 2026 features 2,138 litres of cargo space, seats up to five passengers, and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds, with a range of up to 500 km (WLTP). Priced at ₹50,89,000 and finance offer with EMI starting at ₹39,990 with a down payment as low as ₹6,50,000.
