Toyota Kirloskar Motor inaugurates new parts centre in Vizag

The newly inaugurated parts centre enables delivery of genuine Toyota parts within 24 hours to key regions, reinforcing the brand’s Customer First commitment.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) today announced the inauguration of its new Toyota Genuine Parts center in Vizag. The facility strengthens TKM’s commitment to providing customers with seamless access to genuine, reliable, and high-quality Toyota parts, while further enhancing the company’s regional parts distribution network.

The facility was inaugurated by Mr. Wiseline Sigamani, Vice President, Strategic Business Unit, TKM, and Mr. Takeshi Goto, Vice President, Sales-Service-Used Car Business Enabling, TKM, along with senior leadership and dealer partners.

In addition to serving as a parts distribution hub, the premises will also house the regional area office, enabling field teams from Andhra Pradesh and Odisha to operate from the same location—strengthening regional focus on customer support, and operational efficiency.

The new parts center will cater to dealers, Pro Service outlets, and Parts Distributor across Central & North Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Southern Odisha, significantly improving service availability in these markets. Under the TSaath initiative, the center will be equipped to supply parts within 24 hours, enabling partners to maintain optimized stock levels, ensure faster turnaround, deliver consistent service quality, and enhance overall customer convenience.

TKM has expanded its dealership and service network to over 1,345 touchpoints, strengthening accessibility and customer convenience across India. This growing footprint reflects Toyota’s deeper market penetration, including enhanced reach into rural regions, ensuring customers nationwide have dependable access to Toyota’s world-class products, services, and genuine parts.
