WTicabs Plans phased global expansion, targets ₹800 crore revenue in FY26

Corporate mobility provider WTicabs plans structured international expansion starting with GCC markets while investing in technology and targeting stronger global partnerships.

New Delhi-based corporate car rental service provider WTicabs is accelerating its overseas growth strategy after establishing a strong domestic presence, with a revenue target of over ₹800 crore in the current financial year. The company reported revenues of ₹523 crore in FY25 and continues to derive more than 95 percent of its business from India.

Founder and Group President Ashok Vashist said the company’s international expansion will follow a structured, phase-wise approach focused on markets with strong corporate travel demand and existing Indian customer movement.

The first phase will target GCC countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, with gradual entry planned over the next 18 months. WTicabs began operations in Dubai in 2024 as a pilot market, deploying more than 600 self-drive vehicles within 18 months and aiming to cross 1,000 vehicles by the end of the year. Dubai operations alone are expected to contribute around ₹50 crore to revenue by FY27.

Under phase two, the company plans expansion into Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, along with select European destinations. Phase three will focus on the United States and wider European markets, targeted for entry by 2028.

Adopting an asset-light strategy, WTicabs plans to secure business pipelines before establishing physical operations or investing in vehicle assets. The company is building partnerships with airlines, corporates, travel management companies, and destination management firms to strengthen international market entry.

Looking ahead, WTicabs aims for overseas operations to contribute 10–15 percent of overall revenue by FY30. The company also plans to invest over ₹10 crore in technology over the next two years while continuing to treat India as its primary cash-flow market. With more than 20,000 vehicles deployed domestically, WTicabs currently supplies over half of the premium fleet for Uber Black services in India.
