BYD India launches ‘OneBYDInfiniteConnections’ – A first-of-its-kind customer experience at BYD Track, China

The initiative honours BYD’s customers by inviting them to share their ownership journeys, offering select participants an opportunity to visit the epicentre of BYD’s innovation in Zhengzhou, China, and experience its advanced technologies first-hand.

BYD India, a subsidiary of BYD, the world’s No.1 New Energy Vehicle (NEV) manufacturer, has introduced a distinctive customer gratification initiative titled ‘OneBYDInfiniteConnections’, offering customers an exclusive opportunity to experience the heart of BYD’s global innovation ecosystem in China.

As part of this unique programme, select existing and prospective BYD customers will be invited to visit China’s first NEV-dedicated all-terrain test circuit – the BYD Track in Zhengzhou. The initiative underlines BYD’s commitment to recognising its customers as early adopters of electric mobility and key advocates of sustainable transportation.

Participants will gain an immersive, behind-the-scenes experience of BYD’s state-of-the-art testing and validation infrastructure. The BYD Track features eight specialised experience zones, including an Indoor Sand Dune, Low-Friction Ring, Kick-Plate, Wading Pool, Dynamic Paddock, Race Track, Off-Road Park and Camping Area. Each zone is designed to demonstrate the brand’s advanced capabilities in braking, handling, acceleration, stability and overall vehicle safety under real-world driving conditions.

Through OneBYDInfiniteConnections, customers will also tour BYD’s world-class manufacturing and R&D facilities, drive BYD electric vehicles on the track, and interact directly with the experts behind the brand’s global technological leadership. The programme reflects BYD’s focus on innovation, safety and delivering meaningful, experience-led engagement with its growing customer base in India.

Open to all BYD India customers who currently owns a BYD car, the contest invites participants to share their unique ownership stories and creative expressions of what it means to Drive the Future. Entries can be submitted through the dedicated online portal from 12th December 2025 to 31st January 2026. Participants can share their stories through photos, videos, or written narratives that reflect their experience with BYD.

Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, originality, engagement, and alignment with BYD’s values. The final winners will include existing customers and new customer who purchase the car by 31st January 2026. Winners will be announced in February 2026, who will then travel to China in March 2026.
