Jeep India has introduced the Trail Editions of its Compass and Meridian SUVs, with sales commencing from July 15, 2025. These special editions come with distinct styling upgrades and a new “Jeep Trust” ownership program that includes extended warranty and maintenance packages.
Built on the Compass Longitude (O) and Meridian Limited (O) variants, the Trail Editions sport exclusive decals, Trail Edition badging, and black-themed interiors accented with red highlights.
The Compass Trail Edition gets matte black grille inserts, neutral grey exterior detailing, and 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. Inside, it features black leatherette seats with red stitching and camouflage-inspired graphics.
The Meridian Trail Edition is distinguished by a black roof, neutral grey grille highlights, piano black exterior accents, and a refined black vinyl interior with red accents, camouflage elements, and a piano black center console.
Jeep India introduced the “Jeep Trust” program alongside these editions. Compass Trail Edition buyers receive a three-year Annual Maintenance Contract, five-year extended warranty, and ₹20,000 cash benefit. Meridian Trail Edition purchasers get a three-year maintenance contract included in the purchase price.
Pricing for the Trail Editions ranges from ₹2,541,000 for the Compass Trail MT to ₹3,727,000 for the Meridian Trail AT 4X4. The vehicles are available in both manual and automatic transmissions, with the Meridian also offering a 4X4 variant.
Kumar Priyesh, Business Head and Director of Automotive Brands at Stellantis India, stated the editions reflect Jeep’s values of freedom, adventure, and authenticity while providing a differentiated ownership experience.
The Trail Editions will be available for a limited time across Jeep dealerships in India. Jeep’s current Indian lineup includes the Wrangler, Compass, Meridian, and Grand Cherokee models. India serves as the first country outside North America where Jeep manufactures four models locally, with production also supporting exports to other right-hand drive markets.
