Lamborghini Temerario debuts in India with 907 Hp Hybrid V8, priced from ₹6 crore

The Temerario, priced from ₹6 crore, accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 2.7 seconds and tops out at 343 km/h, completing Lamborghini’s hybrid lineup under the Direzione Cor Tauri strategy.

Automobili Lamborghini has officially launched the Temerario in India—a cutting-edge twin-turbo V8 hybrid supercar that marks a new chapter in the brand’s performance lineup. Part of Lamborghini’s High-Performance Electrified Vehicle (CVEV) series, the Temerario produces a staggering 907 horsepower and revs up to 10,000 rpm, making it the first production hybrid supercar to reach this engine speed milestone.

Boasting a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of just 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 343 km/h, the Temerario starts at ₹6 crore (ex-showroom). It follows the Revuelto V12 hybrid and the Urus SE plug-in hybrid SUV, completing Lamborghini’s electrified lineup under the brand’s Direzione Cor Tauri strategy.

Francesco Scardaoni, Regional Director for Lamborghini Asia Pacific, emphasized India’s growing importance to the brand, citing record-breaking sales in 2024. He noted that the Temerario features a newly developed V8 engine paired with three electric motors and extensive personalization options. Through the Ad Personam program, buyers can choose from over 400 exterior colors and a wide array of interior finishes.

The Lamborghini Temerario features a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine producing 789 Hp and 730 Nm, paired with three electric motors for a total system output of 907 Hp. It uses a 3.8 kWh lithium-ion battery, rechargeable via a 7 kW charger or regenerative braking, and is mated to a compact eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Built on a new aluminum spaceframe chassis, the Temerario offers over 20% more torsional stiffness than the Huracán and improved cabin space. Aerodynamics deliver 103% more rear downforce than the Huracán EVO—up to 158% with the optional Alleggerita lightweight package.

Interior features include three digital displays and 13 driving modes, including Corsa and Drift. A flat-plane crankshaft exhaust system provides distinctive sound tuning per mode.

Launched in Viola Pasifae, the Temerario also debuted a Tod’s collaboration, emphasizing Italian design and personalization options.
