Lumax Auto Technologies, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier, has inaugurated its new Technology Centre in Bengaluru, named SHIFT – Smart Hub for Innovation and Future Trends. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to accelerate electronics engineering, digital capabilities, and innovation in software-defined vehicles (SDVs).
The SHIFT Innovation Hub hosted key industry leaders from Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, Hero MotoCorp, Mahindra & Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki India, Tata Motors, and TVS Motor Company, highlighting its strategic role in shaping the future of intelligent mobility.
The centre focuses on advanced research and product development in critical areas such as:
- In-cabin experiences
- ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Vehicle connectivity and embedded electronics
