Developed by M.I.T.R.A (Mahindra Innovative Technologies & Research for Agriculture), a fully owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., this advanced sprayer is manufactured in Nashik, Maharashtra, and is poised to revolutionize mechanized spraying in India’s expanding horticulture sector.
Tailored for fruit crops such as grapes and pomegranates, the tractor-driven AIROTEC Turbo 600 Alpha is engineered to meet the real-world demands of orchard farming, combining powerful performance with a compact, efficient design.
Featuring a robust 600-liter compact tank, a powerful 75 LPM diaphragm pump at the core and a high-performance 616 mm fan for air output of up to 32 m/s, ensures that the AIROTEC Turbo 600 Alpha delivers uniform coverage across the plant, addressing challenges related to uneven application often seen in traditional methods. Compatible with Mahindra & non-Mahindra tractors, the sprayer is light in weight for lower tractor fuel consumption.

The AIROTEC Turbo 600 Alpha is a precision spraying machine designed for vineyards and high-density orchards, offering farmers enhanced crop protection, reduced chemical use, and improved productivity.
Key features include a 2-speed + 1-neutral gearbox for adjusting fan speed, a compact, chemical-resistant tank for durability and maneuverability, and 12 adjustable brass nozzles for accurate spraying. The 5-mode controller allows precise control over spray pressure and direction, while a brass agitator ensures uniform chemical mixing. Safety features like a pressure relief valve and mud scrapers enhance reliability and operator safety. Farmers report improved crop health, reduced labour, and faster spraying cycles.
