PB Wheels, a brand under the PB Fintech Group, has announced the launch of a complimentary emergency car breakdown assistance service across Delhi NCR. The service is available to all car owners, irrespective of whether they are existing PB Wheels customers, through a dedicated helpline.
The initiative aims to provide timely support to motorists facing unexpected vehicle breakdowns and reduce the inconvenience associated with roadside emergencies. According to the company, vehicle breakdowns can occur anywhere—from busy urban roads to remote locations—often disrupting travel plans and requiring immediate assistance.
PB Wheels cited industry estimates suggesting that more than 50 lakh roadside assistance requests were raised in 2025. The company also highlighted that a large number of vehicle owners still do not have roadside assistance coverage included in their motor insurance policies, leaving them vulnerable during emergencies.
The complimentary assistance package includes a range of services such as breakdown and accidental towing support, flat tyre assistance, battery jump-start services, and emergency fuel delivery of up to five litres in the event of fuel-related breakdowns.
Motorists can access the service by contacting the PB Wheels emergency helpline. Depending on the nature of the issue, on-site support may be provided for minor repairs, while vehicles requiring more extensive attention can be transported to a workshop of the customer’s choice.
PB Wheels said the launch is part of its broader strategy to simplify vehicle ownership by offering comprehensive support throughout the car ownership lifecycle. The company currently provides a wide range of automotive services across India, including motor insurance claims assistance, vehicle repairs, periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and other car care solutions.
With the introduction of complimentary emergency breakdown assistance, PB Wheels aims to strengthen customer convenience and provide greater peace of mind for motorists navigating the roads of Delhi NCR.
