NueGo, the intercity electric mobility brand of GreenCell Mobility, has partnered with L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited to offer integrated travel solutions combining intercity bus and urban metro connectivity in Hyderabad.
As part of this collaboration, passengers booking a NueGo intercity bus ticket can now seamlessly include metro connectivity—either to reach their boarding point or to travel from their drop-off location to their final destination. The metro ticket will be linked directly to the NueGo PNR, removing the need for a separate booking or payment process. Commuters can collect their metro tickets at station counters by simply presenting their NueGo ticket.
The service will be available across selected stations on all three corridors of the Hyderabad Metro network and will be integrated into the NueGo website and mobile application, enabling a smooth, end-to-end booking experience.
Commenting on the initiative, Devndra Chawla, Managing Director and CEO of GreenCell Mobility, said the partnership reflects a shared vision of combining clean intercity transport with efficient urban transit to create a seamless commuter journey.
The integration aims to promote end-to-end electric mobility by connecting intercity electric buses with metro rail systems. NueGo indicated that the service will go live as planned, with future expansion to additional metro stations under consideration.
