Tata Technologies, a global product engineering and digital services company, has introduced #Reignite2025, a gender diversity-focused hiring initiative designed to support women engineers in resuming their careers after a break. The program features a structured three-stage approach, including specialized training and mentorship opportunities.
Addressing the challenges faced by women professionals re-entering the workforce, #Reignite2025 helps bridge skill gaps in the rapidly evolving tech landscape, providing a clear pathway back to professional engineering roles.
The initiative follows a structured three-stage approach: Explore, Elevate, and Engage. In the Explore phase, shortlisted candidates attend orientation sessions led by women experts, covering key topics like modern digital engineering services. The Elevate stage provides specialized training in both technical and soft skills, while the Engage phase offers paid internships under experienced mentors.
Successful candidates will have the chance to join Tata Technologies’ global workforce of over 12,500 professionals, gaining access to international projects and continuous learning resources. Applications are open until February 24, 2025, with an orientation day set for March 6, 2025, for shortlisted participants.
Aligned with Tata Technologies’ vision of #EngineeringABetterWorld, the program reinforces the company’s commitment to promoting gender diversity in the engineering sector. Interested candidates can apply through the designated platform for digital skills roles across India.
Participants who complete various stages of the program will receive certifications, from the Orientation Program Certificate to the Reignite Internship Program Certificate. Additionally, the initiative provides access to classroom and e-learning platforms, supporting continuous professional development.
