Kinetic Green appoints Sanket Gajbhiye as Head of Supply Chain

Sanket Gajbhiye will oversee sourcing strategy, vendor development, inventory planning, and operations for Kinetic Green’s EV portfolio, including the E-Luna, focusing on strengthening supplier networks and aligning sourcing with production for current and future electric vehicle programs.

Kinetic Green has named Sanket Gajbhiye as its new Head of Supply Chain for both its two-wheeler and three-wheeler businesses. In his new role, he will lead sourcing strategy, vendor development, inventory planning, and operational processes across the company’s growing EV portfolio, including the E-Luna.

According to a company update on LinkedIn, Gajbhiye will focus on strengthening supplier networks and aligning sourcing with production to support both existing and upcoming electric vehicle programs.

With over 19 years of experience at organisations such as Escorts Kubota, Mahindra Group, Eicher Tractors, CAPGRID, VST Tillers Tractors, and nurture.farm, he brings deep expertise in procurement, cost planning, and vendor ecosystem development across the automotive and agri-machinery sectors.

The appointment comes at a time when EV manufacturers are prioritising robust and scalable supply chains to support rapid production expansion.
