The Dealership Satisfaction Survey Awards 2023 were announced at FADA’s 5th Auto Conclave recently held in New Delhi. This stands as a true testament to the brand’s unwavering commitment to delivering industry-leading service experience.
Eicher Trucks and Buses puts great emphasis on providing best-in-class aftermarket experience by implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy and connecting the dealerships to the industry’s first Uptime Centre. The brand has additionally invested in enhancing the skillsets of its workforce, extending opportunities for dealership personnel to engage in apprentice roles, which has proved to be of immense help. Eicher has exponentially increased its dealership network strength with 290+ new dealerships being added in the last 24 months. Currently, Eicher has around 850+ dealerships including both 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) and 2S (Service and Spares) dealerships spread across the country.
