Tata AutoComp secures its third Deming Prize for Excellence in Total Quality Management

The Deming Prize honors organizations for excellence in Total Quality Management and continuous improvement. Tata AutoComp Hendrickson Suspensions Limited (THSL) is the latest recipient, becoming the world’s first commercial vehicle suspension system manufacturer to earn the award. Previously, Tata AutoComp’s Composites Division and Tata Ficosa also received the Deming Prize in 2024.

Tata AutoComp Systems, a leading name in the automotive components industry, has achieved a remarkable milestone by winning the prestigious Deming Prize for the third time in two years. This globally recognized award honours organizations that demonstrate outstanding commitment to Total Quality Management (TQM) and continuous improvement.

The latest recipient within the company is Tata AutoComp Hendrickson Suspensions Limited (THSL). With this recognition, THSL has become the world’s first commercial vehicle suspension system manufacturer to earn the Deming Prize, marking a significant achievement in the global automotive sector.

Previously, two other Tata AutoComp business units—the Composites Division and Tata Ficosa—were awarded the Deming Prize in 2024. Together, these wins highlight Tata AutoComp’s unwavering focus on quality, innovation, and operational excellence across its diverse business verticals.
