To expand further, the company has partnered with 13 Charging Point Operators to deploy an additional 25,000 chargers within the next year.

Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has reached a major milestone in promoting zero-emission mobility by installing more than 25,000 public charging stations for electric small commercial vehicles (SCVs). These chargers are strategically distributed across over 150 cities—including Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad—covering key logistics hubs to support last-mile delivery operators with greater range confidence, operational efficiency, and increased earnings.

To further boost charging infrastructure, Tata Motors has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with 13 leading Charging Point Operators (CPOs) to deploy an additional 25,000 public chargers within the next year. All existing and upcoming chargers will be integrated into Fleet Edge, Tata Motors’ advanced connected vehicle platform, offering customers real-time navigation and charger availability for a seamless charging experience.

The MoUs have been signed with: A Plus Charge, Ampvolts, chargeMOD, Charge Zone, Electric Fuel, Envo The Sustainer, EV Spot Charge, Kazam, Nikol EV, Sonik Mobility, Thunderplus Solutions, Volttic, and Zeon Electric.
