CapGrid, a B2B cloud manufacturing start-up for precision parts and components for low complexity direct materials, announced hiring employees in diverse roles in its core leadership team. The team’s expansion is a strategic move by the company aligned with its growth plans.
CapGrid announced the onboarding of Mr. Subhash Khanna to head the Sourcing business and Mr. Ankur Gupta to lead the Operations division. New additions to the company’s leadership also include, Mohd. Zumair as the Head of the Marketing and Ms. Ruchi Rai as Head, HR and Admin. Additionally, Mr. Shankar Sharma will be spearheading the Sales Operations function.
The latest additions to the team bring significant industry expertise and will support the company’s growth vision, with a prime focus on scaling of operations, sales, marketing, and sourcing verticals and improving HR functions. Mr. Subhash Khanna is an industry veteran with impeccable leadership experience of over 35 years at renowned firms like Escorts, LML and International tractors. Mr. Ankur Gupta comes with extensive operations experience of 10+ years at Aditya Birla group while Zumair is ex-Power2SME and ASSOCHAM with over 12 years of experience. Mr. Shankar Sharma has 30+ years of experience in Management consulting and Ms. Ruchi Rai comes with notable experience of over 15 years in HR and IR at firms like Bridgestone, Maruti and Louis Dreyfus.
