JCB India has introduced a powerful new range of technologically advanced machines and digital solutions at EXCON 2025, South Asia’s biggest construction equipment exhibition. The unveiling underscores the company’s commitment to customer-centric innovation and integrated support systems, further strengthening its leadership in India’s construction and infrastructure equipment segment.

At this year’s edition, JCB India is launching over 10 new products, making it one of the brand’s most extensive showcases ever. The highlight is the new 52-tonne excavator — JCB’s largest excavator manufactured in India, designed for both domestic and global markets. The refreshed portfolio also features upgraded backhoe loaders, the latest 2–5 tonne excavator range, and several cutting-edge, industry-first technological solutions.

Speaking at the launch, Mr Deepak Shetty, CEO and MD, JCB India, “EXCON is a forum that brings together customers, policymakers, contractors, financiers, suppliers, and technology leaders, creating an ecosystem for strategic collaboration and long-term business growth. JCB exports to more than 135 countries from India and this year we also have customers from South Asia, Africa Region and South-East Asia visiting us. EXCON allows us to understand evolving market needs and demonstrate how our latest solutions align with both global and India’s infrastructure demands.”

JCB’s product strategy continues to be anchored in a customer-first philosophy. Every solution is engineered with a singular focus on Lower Cost of Ownership, higher fuel efficiency, improved machine uptime, enhanced safety and ergonomics, ensuring maximum productivity at project sites.

Speaking about the launches Mr Shetty said, “At JCB, we believe, “If it is important for the customer, it is important for us”. Entering new segments, improving fuel efficiency, and prioritising operator safety are not just design choices — they are at the heart of JCB’s engineering DNA. Every machine we launch at EXCON this year demonstrates that belief.”

Sustainability remains a defining theme in JCB’s innovation roadmap. In 2023, the company pioneered the industry’s first hydrogen engine powering a backhoe loader that delivers diesel equivalent performance with zero carbon emissions. In India, JCB’s technological advancements over the past 15 years have resulted in a 45% improvement in fuel efficiency, significantly reducing operating costs and environmental impact for customers.

At EXCON 2025, JCB expanded its hydrogen portfolio with the launch of a hydrogen-powered genset, marking another milestone in the transition toward clean energy solutions. Mr Shetty shared, The world is embracing hydrogen at an unprecedented speed. When the time comes, JCB is fully prepared to empower our nation’s infrastructure growth with technology that is both sustainable and future ready.”

JCB India also launched its Parts Online portal, an E-commerce Platform designed to make genuine parts more accessible than ever. This digital platform offers customers instant access to a comprehensive catalogue of JCB parts and a streamlined faster and informed purchase experience.

Additionally, JCB showcased next-generation telematics designed to maximise uptime, enhance machine health visibility, and deliver real-time operational insights. The newly launched Operator App, a part of JCB India’s Skill Development Programme empowers operators to proactively maintain machine health and reduced downtime.

Earlier this year, JCB introduced Daksh, a state-of-the-art backhoe simulator that leverages advanced technology to help operators become fully proficient in machine operations while prioritizing safety throughout the training process. The simulator also significantly reduces overall training costs. Building on this innovation, JCB will launch its Excavator Simulator in early 2026.

With a network of 700+ dealer outlets across India, JCB ensures that customers receive timely service wherever their operations may be. The company’s extensive parts infrastructure includes five strategically located parts warehouses stocking over 40,000 unique spare parts, enabling maximum availability and minimal downtime. This network is supported by 300+ service vans, 183 parts vans, fully equipped Workshop-on-Wheels units and a growing team of 6,000+ trained service engineers and 3,500+ mobile service engineers – reaffirming JCB’s commitment to customer first approach.

At EXCON 2025, JCB India is showcasing more than just advanced construction equipment — it is presenting solutions with an integrated approach to building the future of infrastructure. With cutting-edge machines, enhanced digital platforms, sustainable technologies, and a strong service network, the company continues to play a pivotal role in the government’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat -accelerating India’s economic and infrastructural growth.
