MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility showcased two innovative ShopPRO® workshop solutions at the 2025 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) — the ShopPRO® Multi-Use Lift Table and ShopPRO® Service Jack Rods. Engineered for precision, safety, and versatility, these automotive workshop tools are ideal for a wide range of vehicle maintenance and industrial applications, including engine repair, transmission service, and battery installation.
MAHLE also introduced the FluidPRO® Smart Fluid Control Cart, a battery-powered fluid management solution designed to optimize and streamline workshop operations with greater efficiency and control.
Product Innovations
The ShopPRO® Multi-Use Lift Table (MLT-2000) is engineered for demanding repair and maintenance tasks. With a lifting capacity of 2,200 pounds (1,000 kg) and an air-over-hydraulic system, it supports operations such as engine and transmission removal and battery replacements. Its adaptable design, compatible with multiple accessories, maximizes functionality across various workshop scenarios.
The ShopPRO® Service Jack Rods deliver enhanced safety and reliability for vehicle lifting. Compact and lightweight, they are compatible with most jack models — including the MAHLE® CSJ-3. The dual-lever locking system enables fast, pin-free locking and can support loads up to 3.5 tons, making them ideal for both workshop and mobile service environments.
Smart Fluid Management
Complementing the ShopPRO® lineup, the FluidPRO® Smart Fluid Control Cart (SFC-6) brings next-level efficiency to workshop fluid management. Equipped with six 30-liter containers for different oils and lubricants, it integrates with an online monitoring portal to track and analyze oil usage in real time. This smart feature empowers shop managers to optimize resource use and improve overall operational efficiency.
