Montra Electric, a subsidiary of TI Clean Mobility, unveiled its latest electric vehicle offerings at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, introducing two major products. Jalaj Gupta, Managing Director of TI Clean Mobility, announced, “We have now consolidated all our brands under the Montra Electric name, marking a significant milestone in our growth.”
The company launched the EVIATOR, an e-SCV with a 3.5-tonne GVW, alongside the Super Cargo, a cutting-edge electric 3-wheeler designed for advanced cargo transport. Gupta also shared, “Following extensive trials and customer engagement, we are pleased to announce that we’ve signed an MoU to supply 600-800 EVIATORs over the next year.
Montra Electric also showcased the RHINO, India’s first electric heavy-duty 55-tonne truck, which has already accumulated over 5 million kilometers across various customer fleets. “We are India’s first true blue EV manufacturer, developing all four vehicle segments, including tractors, entirely in-house without any technological partnerships,” emphasized Gupta.
With a strong presence across 3-wheeler last-mile solutions, small and heavy commercial vehicles, and e-tractors, Montra Electric is positioning itself to play a crucial role in India’s path toward achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2070. Supported by an annual manufacturing capacity of 1.5 lakh vehicles and plans to expand its dealer network, Gupta stated, “Electric vehicle sales are set to grow fivefold by 2030. With the government’s support and a rapidly evolving ecosystem, we are confident in our mission to electrify mobility and make a significant impact.”
