India eMobility Show 2023, organised by Valiant, Products & Services, successfully concluded at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, Delhi – NCR, on 24th March. The much-awaited event brought together leading players in the EV industry, including policymakers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, industry experts, investors, and enthusiasts to discuss the future of eMobility in India.
The event commenced with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by H.E. Vincenzo De Luca, Ambassador of Italy to India as the chief guest and felicitation of the important dignitaries by the chairman of Valiant Products & Services, Mr Shabir Ahmad. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was followed by an important speech by H.E. Vincenzo De Luca and keynotes from renowned international and national luminaries including Mr Stefano Corradini, Group Director Sales & Marketing, Marposs, Mr Jelani Aliyu, Director General/CEO, NADDC Nigeria, Mr Danto Restyawan, Director of Road Transportation Means, Ministry of Transportation, Republic of Indonesia, Mr Abijeet Sinha, National Program Director for Ease of Doing Business & NHEV, EDB, Mr Uday Narang, Chairman, Anglian Omega Group and Omega Seiki Mobility, Mr Manish Raj Singhania, President, FADA.
The event unfolded with great enthusiasm and excitement, as attendees explored the exhibition halls to get a glimpse of the latest developments in the eMobility sector. The show featured top-notch exhibitors showcasing the latest models, cutting-edge technologies & disruptive innovations, and witnessed a series of insightful keynote addresses and panel discussions by prominent industry leaders and experts.
On the second day, the event witnessed the participation of several important policy makers, who are steering the transition towards an all-electric future including Mr Ravi Nandan Sinha, Director, MSME Business Forum and Mr Carlos Gross, First Secretary, Trade, Investment & Tourism Officer, Embassy of the Dominican Republic in India as the guests of honour. From the podium of India eMobility Show, Mr Ravi Nandan Sinha, Director, MSME Business Forum shed important light on the funding policy for companies interested in being a part of India’s e-journey. “If you want to go aggressive and wish to make your footprints across geographies, don’t worry about how you are making your steps forward with the help of funds. There will be financial institutions which will be helping you out and there will be funds created by us, already in place to be used by exhibitors like you” he told exhibitors present at the show, assuring them of the availability of funds on a leasing model.
Additionally, important keynotes and panel sessions were also delivered on the trending EV topics featuring industry stalwarts like Mr N Mohan, CEO at Delhi EV Cell, Govt of NCT of Delhi, Mr Sameer Jindal, Director, MG Motor India, Mr Aditya Kapoor, Head of New Supply and Electrification, Uber.
