Schwing Stetter India unveils 20+ next-gen machines at Excon 2025

Schwing Stetter India unveiled 20+ new machines at Excon 2025, including India’s first 56m boom pump, fully electric truck mixer, CNG mixer, and hybrid boom pump. The showcase highlighted advanced engineering, sustainability, and next-gen construction solutions.

Schwing Stetter India made a powerful statement at Excon 2025 with the launch of more than 20 new construction equipment products, marking several industry firsts and reinforcing India’s strides toward advanced and sustainable infrastructure development.

Among the headline launches were India’s first domestically engineered 56-metre boom pump, the country’s first fully electric truck mixer, the first CNG mixer variant, and the first hybrid boom pump. The company showcased these innovations across an expansive 7,500 sq. m display area, highlighting solutions designed for the rising demands of India’s fast-growing infrastructure ecosystem.

“We are answering not only India’s call for Vikshit Bharat and Atmanirbhar infrastructure development, but a global call for taller, faster, and greener infrastructure,” said V.G. Sakthikumar, Chairman and Managing Director, Schwing Stetter India.

The exhibition displayed around 30 advanced machines, including the S56SXF long-reach boom pump, the S36X hybrid 36-metre boom pump with diesel-electric dual power, and a compact 31-metre boom pump built for urban construction needs. The lineup also featured new-age CNG and electric truck mixers, concrete recycling systems, and mobile batching plants.

A specially curated “Schwing Innovation Booth” added an interactive edge to the showcase, featuring experiences such as the Future Power Zone and Hands-On Command Center, equipped with virtual simulators and advanced control technologies.

Schwing Stetter India also introduced precast construction technology in partnership with MAXtruder GmbH, along with new crusher solutions for aggregates and construction waste recycling. The company emphasized that these solutions address challenges like project delays, material handling inefficiencies, and sustainability concerns—critical factors as India accelerates vertical development and resource-efficient practices.

Established in 1999, Schwing Stetter India manufactures concrete batching plants, pumps, mixers, and recycling equipment. The parent company, Schwing GmbH, operates across 12 countries with sales networks in over 150 nations worldwide.
