Apollo Tyres Ltd has appointed Rohit Singh as Head – Rural Sales. A three-decade Apollo veteran, he brings deep expertise in rural markets, channel expansion, and business leadership to drive the company’s next phase of growth.

Apollo Tyres Ltd., the globally recognised tyre manufacturer headquartered in Gurgaon, has appointed Rohit Singh as Head – Rural Sales. Founded in 1972, Apollo Tyres has built a strong legacy of innovation and scale, with manufacturing operations across Asia and Europe and exports to over 100 countries. The company’s portfolio, led by its flagship brands Apollo and Vredestein, spans tyres for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, off-highway applications, two-wheelers, and retreading solutions.

Rohit Singh brings nearly three decades of experience at Apollo Tyres, having progressed through multiple leadership roles across the organisation. His career journey includes positions such as Zonal Head, RBU Head, Zonal Manager, Group Manager – Special Projects, Regional Manager, State Head, District Manager, and Territory Manager. Throughout his tenure, he has developed deep expertise in rural and regional markets, channel expansion, business development, and leading high-performing teams across diverse geographies in India.

Strengthening his leadership capabilities, Singh completed the Executive Programme in Leadership and Strategy (EPLM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. His academic background includes schooling at Loyola High School, Patna, and higher education at Patna University.

In his new role, Rohit Singh is expected to drive Apollo Tyres’ rural growth strategy, deepen trade and channel partnerships, and further reinforce the company’s leadership position in India’s evolving mobility and transportation landscape.
