Autoverse Mobility appoints Rama Shankar Pandey as Co-Founder and launches Digital Parts Procurement Platform

Autoverse Mobility welcomes industry leader Rama Shankar Pandey as co-founder and launches a new digital platform to transform parts procurement for India’s independent workshops.

Autoverse Mobility has appointed industry veteran Rama Shankar Pandey as its new co-founder, coinciding with the official launch of the Autoverse Parts Procurement Platform on November 18, 2025. The new platform aims to streamline automotive parts sourcing by connecting independent workshops with component manufacturers and distribution networks across India.

Pandey joins Autoverse with more than two decades of leadership experience in the automotive sector. His career includes senior roles at Bosch and Tata Green Batteries, as well as a decade-long tenure as Managing Director of Hella India Lighting. He has also served as Chairman of the Aftermarket Committee at ACMA, contributing to industry-wide standards and policy advocacy.
In his new role, Pandey will lead Autoverse’s efforts in strengthening manufacturer partnerships, enhancing distribution infrastructure, and shaping the company’s long-term aftermarket strategy.

The newly launched Autoverse platform tackles the persistent parts procurement challenges faced by India’s fragmented independent workshop ecosystem. It features a comprehensive catalog of over 6 million car-part mappings, real-time stock and pricing visibility, and end-to-end ordering with live tracking. Product categories include lubricants, filters, suspension, brake systems, clutch components and electrical parts.

Autoverse operates through a network of warehouses supported by a hybrid logistics model, enabling delivery of high-demand components within 45 minutes to partner workshops. The platform also offers value-added tools such as garage management features, loyalty programs, order history, and automated parts recommendations.

India’s independent multi-brand workshops—servicing vehicles beyond their warranty period—represent a large but highly inconsistent market segment. Autoverse aims to bring standardization, transparency and faster delivery to this space through its technology-driven distribution framework.

Founded in Bengaluru by Mihir Mohan, Shiv Soni, and Krishnakumar, Autoverse has raised $3.2 million from investors including Exfinity Ventures and Ventureast. The company plans to expand its parts catalog, strengthen its technology infrastructure and scale its logistics network to support growing demand.
