Uno Minda has announced the appointment of Vivek Joshi as Chief Executive Officer of its Light Metal and Powertrain Systems (LPS) domain.
Joshi brings extensive expertise in die-casting technologies, process engineering, and lean manufacturing, along with a proven track record in operational excellence and manufacturing innovation. In his new role, he will lead the strategic direction, execution, and growth of the LPS business, a significant segment within Uno Minda’s automotive components portfolio.
According to the company, the appointment reflects its continued focus on strengthening leadership across key business verticals while expanding capabilities in advanced manufacturing and powertrain technologies.
Speaking on his appointment, Joshi said Uno Minda’s strong customer-focused culture and commitment to operational excellence played an important role in his decision to join the company.
