In line with a focus on transforming rural youth into world class competitive technicians, Toyota Technical Training Institute (TTTI) announced the admission process for the year 2024, for both its TTTI Regular Program, as well as Toyota Kaushalya Program. These initiatives offer free training to academically inclined students hailing from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in Karnataka, thereby empowering them to pursue careers as proficient technicians.
The TTTI Regular Program offers a holistic training though three-year residential course, focused on skill, knowledge, and attitude development, alongside the recently introduced Toyota Kaushalya program, which follows a comprehensive two-year residential course designed to equip youth with skills crucial for the manufacturing industry, thereby boosting their employability. Through a ‘Learn and Earn’ model, participants engage in theoretical learning alongside On-the-Job Training (OJT). Under the guidance of seasoned supervisors serving as Master Trainers, trainees benefit from top-tier instruction tailored to industry norms. This ensures they receive high-quality training, fostering expertise aligned with industrial standards. Additionally, the program emphasizes holistic development, providing trainees with rigorous physical and mental conditioning alongside advanced skill and knowledge acquisition.
