AutoFlipz, an automobile startup, is set to provide standardisation and transparency in aftermarket repair shops (ARS).
The services segment, according to a press release issued by AutoFipz, is the fastest growing segment expanding at a CAGR of over 9 per cent. Market data, it said, shows that only 35 per cent of cars go back to authorised service centres after the expiry of the warranty period. The rest 65 pc go to unauthorised workshops and end up getting their cars damaged by substandard parts/services. However, given an option, these 65 pc would like to go to a workshop which guarantees quality, transparency and hassle-free service at an affordable cost.
