
Iveco Group has announced that all conditions precedent for the sale of its Defence Business—comprising the IDV and ASTRA brands—to Leonardo S.p.A. have been successfully fulfilled.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the coming days and represents a key step toward the voluntary tender offer by Tata Motors Limited for all issued common shares of Iveco Group, following the separation of its Defence Business. This proposed acquisition was originally announced on July 30, 2025.
