Honda LCR: A Proven Force in MotoGP
Founded in 1996 by former Grand Prix rider Lucio Cecchinello, Honda LCR has grown from a privateer outfit into one of MotoGP’s most respected independent teams. Based in Monaco, the team has maintained a close technical partnership with Honda since 2006, serving as a key satellite operation for the HRC racing programme.
Riders to Watch in 2026
Honda LCR enters the 2026 season with renewed momentum.
Johann Zarco, coming off a memorable victory at the French Grand Prix in Le Mans, brings experience and technical insight crucial to developing the RC213V.
Joining him is Diogo Moreira, the 2025 Moto2 World Champion, who makes his highly anticipated MotoGP debut. The Brazilian impressed during preseason testing—cutting 1.6 seconds from his lap time between the second and third days of the Sepang Shakedown—signalling strong early potential in the premier class.
A Partnership That Brings Fans Inside the Paddock
MotoGP continues to see surging interest across Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. By aligning with Honda LCR, GOD55 Sports moves beyond coverage to become an active part of the MotoGP ecosystem—delivering insider access, premium storytelling, and deeper fan engagement.
Throughout the partnership, GOD55 Sports will support Honda LCR across all three seasons with:
