Rolls-Royce unveils One-Off Phantom Regatta Bespoke Model

Featuring yacht-inspired design elements, handcrafted interiors and exclusive detailing, the luxury sedan will make its public debut at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has revealed the Phantom Regatta, a unique Bespoke Phantom Extended commissioned as a tribute to the iconic waters of England’s south coast. The one-off luxury sedan is set to make its public debut at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK.

Inspired by the Solent, Chichester Harbour, and the Isle of Wight, the Phantom Regatta captures the elegance and spirit of yachting through an array of handcrafted design elements. The exterior is finished in a striking two-tone Regatta Blue and English White paint scheme, complemented by 22-inch polished disc wheels that enhance its commanding road presence.

Inside, the bespoke craftsmanship continues with a hand-painted “Watercolour” Gallery artwork stretching across the dashboard, while a custom Starlight Headliner recreates the flowing tidal currents around the Isle of Wight. The cabin also features Royal Walnut picnic tables inspired by the teak decking of luxury yachts, further reinforcing the maritime theme.

Adding to its exclusivity, the Phantom Regatta incorporates engraved coordinates of Goodwood House and the Home of Rolls-Royce in West Sussex on its air vents, symbolising the marque’s heritage and close connection to its headquarters.

Commenting on the creation, Phil Fabre de la Grange, Head of Bespoke at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, said, “Phantom Regatta is the work of our designers, engineers and craftspeople at the Home of Rolls-Royce at Goodwood, inspired by the waters on their doorstep. It brings the spirit of yachting—its colours, materials and sense of speed—into the calm of a Phantom Extended. More than this, it demonstrates what Bespoke at Rolls-Royce can achieve: telling an elegant story through paint, leather, wood and metal, each crafted by hand to the highest possible standard.”

The one-off Phantom Regatta will be showcased to the public for the first time at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed, highlighting Rolls-Royce’s latest expression of bespoke luxury and craftsmanship.
