
Tata AutoComp Systems Limited, through its UK-based subsidiary Artifex Interior Systems, has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% share capital of IAC Group (Slovakia) s.r.o. Following the acquisition, the entity will be renamed Artifex Systems Slovakia s.r.o.
This strategic move significantly strengthens Tata AutoComp’s footprint in Europe, enhancing its manufacturing and interior systems capabilities across the UK and EU markets. The acquisition aligns with the company’s long-term growth strategy and reinforces its ambition to emerge as a preferred global partner for leading automotive OEMs.
In another key development, Artifex is set to inaugurate its Sweden Engineering Center in Gothenburg on 18 February. The facility will be formally opened by Mr. Arvind Goel, Vice Chairman, Tata AutoComp Systems. The new engineering center is expected to boost Artifex’s engineering and innovation capabilities in Europe while enabling closer collaboration with customers and partners across the region.
