This revamped model showcases a refreshed design and enhanced segment-leading features. The Seltos, known for its revolutionary impact on the automobile industry, is poised to redefine the segment once again. Kia also recently released an exciting teaser for the new Seltos on June 30th, 2023.
In August 2019, Kia made its mark in India with the launch of the Seltos, winning over the hearts of new-age consumers. Remarkably, within just 46 months, the Seltos became the fastest SUV to achieve over 500,000 sales. Currently, there are 378,000 Seltos vehicles on Indian roads, accounting for 53% of Kia India’s total domestic volume. Additionally, the company has exported nearly 139,000 Seltos units to more than 90 markets worldwide.
The Seltos’ noteworthy accomplishments have solidified Kia’s position among India’s top five automakers for four consecutive years. Notably, in 2021, the Seltos was the first in its segment to introduce six airbags in India.
