ZF Friedrichshafen AG has named Kai Lücke as its new Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing, effective January 1, 2026. Lücke, who has led ZF’s External Affairs department since 2018, will now take on expanded responsibilities overseeing both communications and marketing. He succeeds Florian Laudan, who will leave the company at his own request at the end of the year.
In his new position, Lücke will report to Dr. Lea Corzilius, ZF Board Member responsible for Governance, Human Resources, and the ZF Aftermarket division. Laudan, who joined ZF in January 2022 as Head of Communications for the Commercial Vehicle Solutions division, assumed overall responsibility for corporate communications in July 2024, reporting most recently to CEO Mathias Miedreich.
Expressing gratitude for Laudan’s tenure, Miedreich said, “I want to thank Florian for his important work during challenging times and his significant contribution to advancing corporate communications. We wish him all the best for the future.” He added, “I’m pleased to welcome Kai Lücke to his new role. With the new set-up of External Affairs and Corporate Communications and Marketing, we are laying the foundation for integrated communication with all key stakeholders.”
