Industry Outlook

He noted that passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, and three-wheelers all recorded their highest-ever February sales in 2026, with double-digit growth compared to the same month last year.

Menon also pointed out that March could see further momentum due to festive demand across several regions in India. However, he cautioned that the ongoing geopolitical tensions in West Asia could pose challenges for supply chains, manufacturing processes, and exports, and the industry will continue to closely monitor the situation.
