
Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL) has strengthened its retail footprint in Haryana with the inauguration of its first dealership in Sirsa. Operated by Pluton Autohaus under the name Pluton Suzuki, the new facility is located at Bansal Palace and marks the company’s debut retail presence in the city.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Kenichi Umeda, Managing Director, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., along with senior company officials and representatives from dealer partner Pluton Autohaus. With the addition of the Sirsa outlet, SMIPL’s nationwide network has expanded to 1,246 touchpoints, including 25 dealerships across Haryana.
Designed as a comprehensive 3S facility (Sales, Service and Spare Parts), the dealership offers customers a seamless ownership experience under one roof. The outlet features a fully equipped service workshop staffed by trained technicians, ensuring efficient maintenance and after-sales support. Customers can also access genuine Suzuki accessories, riding gear, apparel, and branded merchandise.
The dealership showcases Suzuki’s complete domestic two-wheeler portfolio, including popular scooters such as the Access, Avenis, Burgman Street, and the electric e-ACCESS. Motorcycle enthusiasts can explore models from the Gixxer range, including the Gixxer SF, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF 250, as well as the adventure-touring V-Strom SX. Test ride facilities are available across the lineup, including the latest Access variants equipped with ABS.
Commenting on the launch, Kenichi Umeda said the new dealership would bring Suzuki’s products and services closer to customers in the region while enhancing engagement through community-focused initiatives such as Suzuki MotoFest, Access Mileage Contest, V-Strom Experience rides, and Gixxer Pitstop events. He also acknowledged the contribution of dealer partner Ritvik Bansal in establishing the new facility.
A wholly owned subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, SMIPL commenced operations in India in 2006 and manufactures a range of scooters, electric scooters, premium motorcycles, and large-displacement bikes from its facility in Gurugram, Haryana.
The opening of the Sirsa dealership reflects Suzuki Motorcycle India’s continued strategy of expanding into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, enhancing accessibility for customers while strengthening its presence in key regional markets across the country.
