Uttar Pradesh advances Rs 469 crore industrial projects in YEIDA Region

Investment proposals worth Rs 469 crore have moved closer to implementation in Uttar Pradesh, with five companies receiving Letters of Allotment for projects in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region during the inauguration of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026.

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah presented the allotment letters to representatives of the five companies. The proposed projects are expected to generate around 4,625 employment opportunities across the region.

A total of 71,190 square metres of land has been allotted for the projects. Alongside the allotment ceremony, Shah interacted with investors and discussed industrial development, investment opportunities and ways to expand business activity in Uttar Pradesh.

Five Companies Receive Land Allotments

C&R Textiles Private Limited has been allotted 16,000 square metres of land for a proposed investment of Rs 104 crore. The project is expected to create around 2,000 jobs. Managing Director Chhatrapati Ranjit Rai received the Letter of Allotment on behalf of the company.

Perfectpack Limited has received 16,200 square metres of land. The company plans to invest Rs 125 crore in the project, which is expected to generate approximately 700 employment opportunities. Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Rajgarhia represented the company at the event.

SABS Exports International Private Limited has been allotted 16,180 square metres. The company has proposed an investment of Rs 87 crore and is expected to create around 475 jobs. Company Director Chetan Sabharwal received the allotment letter.

Simplast India Private Limited has been allotted 12,000 square metres for a proposed investment of Rs 78 crore. The project is expected to generate 300 employment opportunities, with Company Director Gaurav Chugh receiving the Letter of Allotment.

Sahu Exports Private Limited has received 10,810 square metres of land. The company has proposed an investment of Rs 75 crore, with the project expected to create around 1,150 jobs. Company Director Sanjeev Sahu received the allotment letter.

Focus on Converting Investment Proposals into Projects

The allotment of land to the five companies is aimed at moving investment commitments towards actual project implementation in the YEIDA region. The initiative also highlights Uttar Pradesh’s efforts to facilitate industrial expansion and attract investments across sectors.

During his interaction with investors, Amit Shah discussed opportunities for expanding industrial activity in the state and encouraged further investment and business development.

The allotment ceremony, held alongside the inauguration of UPITS 2026, underscored the focus on converting investment proposals into projects on the ground while creating employment and strengthening the state’s industrial ecosystem.
