
Škoda Auto India has further strengthened its customer-focused strategy with the inauguration of its first-ever Express Care facility in the country. Located at Kun Motor Enterprises in Perungudi on Chennai’s OMR Road, the new service centre marks another milestone in the brand’s efforts to enhance ownership experiences and expand its aftersales footprint across India.
The facility introduces Škoda Express Care, a new service offering under the company’s Škoda Super Care programme, designed to deliver faster, more convenient and efficient service solutions for customers. The initiative aligns with Škoda Auto India’s 2026 strategy centred on building relevance, driving differentiation and strengthening customer trust.
Spread across 27,900 sq. ft., the state-of-the-art aftersales facility is equipped with 16 service bays, enabling higher service throughput and improved customer convenience. The new centre further reinforces Škoda’s commitment to providing accessible and high-quality aftersales support in key markets.
With the addition of the Express Care facility, Škoda Auto India now has 10 customer touchpoints in Chennai and 31 touchpoints across 14 cities in Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore, Dindigul, Hosur, Karur, Madurai, Namakkal, Pollachi, Salem, Thanjavur, Tiruppur, Trichy and Vellore.
The launch reflects Škoda Auto India’s continued investment in strengthening its service network and delivering a seamless ownership experience as it expands its presence in the Indian market.

Available across the current Škoda model range for eligible periodic maintenance visits, Express Care is designed to deliver a more streamlined and efficient service experience while maintaining Škoda’s quality standards.

Over the past few years, Škoda Auto India has expanded its network from over 120 Touchpoints in 2021 to over 335 Touchpoints across 185 cities.
