Hero MotoCorp introduces Passion+ Disc with Front Disc Brake

Hero MotoCorp has launched the new Passion+ Disc in India at ₹84,128 (ex-showroom Delhi), featuring a front disc brake, digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity and a fuel-efficient 100cc engine.

Hero MotoCorp has expanded its entry-level commuter motorcycle portfolio with the launch of the Passion+ Disc, a new front disc brake variant of the Passion+ priced at ₹84,128 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The key highlight of the new variant is the addition of a front disc brake, offering improved braking performance, enhanced control and greater rider confidence compared to the standard drum brake setup.

Alongside the braking upgrade, the Passion+ Disc receives a fully digital instrument cluster featuring a real-time mileage indicator, low-fuel alert, service reminders and Bluetooth connectivity for call and SMS notifications. The motorcycle is also equipped with an LED projector headlamp, side-stand engine cut-off, integrated USB charging port and a convenient utility storage compartment.

Powering the Passion+ Disc is the same 100cc single-cylinder engine found on the standard model, producing 5.9 kW of power at 8,000 rpm and 8.05 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. Paired with Hero MotoCorp’s i3S (Idle Stop-Start System) technology, the motorcycle delivers a claimed fuel efficiency of 71 kmpl.

Commenting on the launch, Ashutosh Varma, Chief Business Officer – India Business Unit, Hero MotoCorp, said the addition of the front disc brake variant strengthens the Passion+ lineup by combining enhanced safety with modern convenience features to meet the evolving expectations of commuter motorcycle buyers.

The new Hero Passion+ Disc is available in four dual-tone colour options — Heavy Grey, Nexus Blue, Dark Industrial Grey and Pearl Red — and is now available across Hero MotoCorp dealerships.
