Bajaj Auto expands Chetak network to 103 touchpoints across Kerala

Bajaj Auto has expanded Chetak’s network to 103 customer touchpoints in Kerala as the electric scooter brand crosses 50,000 owners in the state.

Bajaj Auto has expanded the retail and service network of its electric scooter brand Chetak across Kerala, taking the total number of customer touchpoints in the state to 103.

Chetak’s network has grown from just two outlets initially to 18 Chetak Experience Centres and 85 Bajaj Auto dealerships across Kerala. The expanded network will provide customers with easier access to sales, test rides and after-sales service.

The network expansion comes as Chetak’s customer base in Kerala has crossed 50,000 owners. The electric scooter brand now has a presence across key markets including Kochi, Wayanad, Thiruvananthapuram and Palakkad.

“Chetak has grown significantly in Kerala, from an initial presence of two outlets to a network of over 103 outlets today,” said Eric Vas, President, Urbanite Business, Bajaj Auto.

As part of its festive-season offer, Chetak customers can also avail a ₹1,999 discount, valid until stocks last. Customers can visit Chetak Experience Centres and Bajaj Auto dealerships to explore the range, book test rides and access sales and service support.

The network expansion is aimed at improving Chetak’s accessibility and strengthening its after-sales support as electric two-wheeler adoption continues to grow across Kerala.
