Trev Mobility, the premium chauffeur-driven electric mobility platform, has appointed Ayush Agrawal as Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Ayush joins Trev from Shoffr, where he served as COO, and will work closely with Founder and CEO Naveen Gupta to lead the company’s operations and expansion.
The appointment comes as Trev looks to deepen its presence in electric mobility beyond city travel, with a growing focus on long-haul and intercity journeys and expansion into new markets. What started with two electric vehicles has grown into a fleet of 100+ EVs, with the company having completed more than 60,000 rides and recently expanded to Jaipur as its first market outside Delhi NCR. Having established its operating model in Delhi NCR, Trev is now looking to build the capabilities required to operate EV mobility across a wider range of use cases and geographies.
At Trev, Ayush will focus on strengthening the operating systems required to support this next phase of growth, including fleet deployment and utilisation, chauffeur operations, city-level teams and service delivery. His experience at Shoffr gives him hands-on exposure to managing and scaling a chauffeur-driven mobility business, which will be relevant as Trev builds its EV-first mobility platform across markets.
Building for the next phase of India’s EV mobility ecosystem

Trev’s growth so far has been built around operating electric vehicles in real-world urban and intercity conditions, from airport transfers and city travel to chauffeur-driven rentals, corporate travel and long-haul journeys. As the company expands to new cities, the focus is increasingly shifting towards building repeatable operating processes across fleet management, chauffeur quality, vehicle utilisation and customer experience.
Long-haul and intercity mobility also brings a different set of operational requirements, with fleet availability, chauffeur deployment, vehicle uptime, charging schedules, route planning and service consistency becoming increasingly important as journeys become longer and operations span multiple locations. Ayush will take on this mandate as Trev continues to strengthen its fleet operations, enter new markets and build the teams and systems required to support the next stage of the business.

With the appointment, Trev will continue to focus on expanding its fleet, entering new markets and strengthening its operating capabilities. The company currently offers airport transfers, city rides, chauffeur-driven rentals, corporate travel and outstation mobility, with an all-electric fleet.
