Renault India opens first new’R Store in Ranchi

The new experiential showroom combines modern design with integrated sales and service, reflecting the brand’s focus on enhancing customer engagement and retail transformation in India.

Renault India has inaugurated its first new’R store in Jharkhand, located in Ranchi, marking a significant step in expanding its retail footprint in emerging markets. The new outlet is designed as a modern, experiential showroom that reflects the brand’s evolving approach to customer engagement.

The store was inaugurated by Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Renault Group India. To mark the occasion, the company also handed over five new Renault Duster SUVs to customers, highlighting growing demand and strengthening customer relationships in the region.

Along with this experiential outlet the company also opened a new workshop in the city taking company’s total sales & service touch points increased to 638, including coverage by 200 workshops on wheels.

Spread across over 3,000 sq. ft., the new retail showroom features four car display units, eight service bays, and one delivery bay, offering a customer-centric experience.

With this expansion, Renault India reinforces its commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences through modern store design, intuitive layouts, and an enhanced car-buying journey across India.

The new’R store has a contemporary theme across Renault network. With a modern and sophisticated outlook, the design places vehicle display at the heart of the showroom, enabling customers to view and experience the cars from every angle. The format offers a fresh, contemporary, and urban ambience through signature lighting, premium seating, and a thoughtfully curated customer journey.

The new’R store is strategically located at Old H.B. Road to serve both the city and nearby regions. The expansive setup ensures a seamless customer journey, integrating sales and service under one roof for greater convenience and peace of mind. 

Commenting on the launch, Francisco Hidalgo stated that Jharkhand is emerging as a key automotive market, with Ranchi at the centre of this growth. He added that strong customer response to the Renault Duster reflects increasing demand for capable and well-designed SUVs. With the introduction of the new’R store, the company aims to redefine customer interaction through a more modern and intuitive retail experience, while reinforcing its long-term commitment through the “Renault Forever” philosophy.
