Volkswagen India has introduced the new Tayron Life, a premium 5-seater SUV that brings together spaciousness, comfort and technology with the brand’s hallmark German engineering. The Tayron Life has been launched at INR 41.99 Lacs (ex-showroom). Developed for urban customers who value refined design, everyday space and practicality, the Tayron Life offers exceptional comfort and performance, while delivering a superlative mobility experience.
Built on generous proportions with a length of 4,792 mm, wheelbase of 2,789 mm and a luggage capacity of 885-litres that is expandable up to 2,090-litres, the Tayron Life has been positioned as a 5-seater premium SUV focused on performance, comfort, technology and versatility.

Sophisticated Design: The Volkswagen Tayron Life reflects the brand’s signature design philosophy of Stable, Likeable, and Secret Sauce, combining a bold road presence with premium styling. Its exterior is highlighted by LED headlamps, an illuminated front grille with the iconic Volkswagen emblem, and a continuous light signature that enhances its modern appeal. Complementing the design are black roof rails, illuminated door handles and mirrors, stylish 18-inch “Bologna” alloy wheels, and distinctive 3D LED rear lamps, creating a refined and unmistakably Volkswagen SUV.

It features a 26.03 cm Digital Cockpit, a 32.77 cm “Discover” infotainment touchscreen, an 8-speaker audio system, and wireless as well as wired Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ integration. Convenience is further enhanced with a leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel with paddle shifters, a rear-view camera with dynamic guidelines, Light Assist for automatic high-beam control, heated and memory-enabled power-folding mirrors, multiple USB ports, and wireless charging for two smartphones.

Dynamic Performance: The Tayron Life is powered by a 2.0L TSI EVO petrol engine that is mated to a 7-Speed DSG automatic transmission with 4MOTION all-wheel drive technology. The engine produces 204 PS of power and 320 Nm of peak torque. The Tayron Life features an independent suspension with coil spring & McPherson Strut in the front and a multi-link suspension in the rear.
