RouteMatic, a leading AI-powered corporate mobility solutions provider serving more than 400 enterprises across India, has entered into a strategic partnership with Green SM, a global all-electric mobility brand originating from Vietnam. The collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in corporate transportation and support India’s transition toward sustainable mobility.
The partnership was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during Green SM’s official launch event in New Delhi. The agreement marks a significant milestone in advancing eco-friendly transportation solutions within one of the world’s fastest-growing mobility markets.
As part of the collaboration, RouteMatic will integrate Green SM’s electric vehicles into its corporate mobility fleet, enabling businesses to provide fully electric transportation options for employees. The initiative is expected to help organizations reduce their carbon footprint while maintaining high standards of safety, operational efficiency, and service reliability.
By combining RouteMatic’s AI-enabled mobility platform with Green SM’s electric vehicle ecosystem, the partnership seeks to create a smarter, cleaner, and more sustainable commuting experience for corporate workforces across India. The alliance reflects the growing momentum behind electrification in the corporate transportation sector, as businesses increasingly prioritize sustainability goals and environmentally responsible mobility solutions.
The collaboration further strengthens RouteMatic’s commitment to sustainable mobility and expands its efforts to drive electric vehicle adoption across corporate transportation. As enterprises increasingly prioritize sustainability, ESG goals, and carbon reduction, employee transportation is emerging as a key opportunity for large-scale electrification. RouteMatic has been actively driving this transition, with a recent analysis of its EV operations in Bengaluru and Pune showing that the deployment of over 400 electric vehicles has helped enterprises avoid approximately 15.7 lakh litres of fuel consumption annually, demonstrating the tangible environmental and operational benefits of electrified workforce mobility at scale. Today, RouteMatic’s corporate EV fleet operations cater to major business hubs including Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi-NCR.
“At RouteMatic, sustainability has been a key pillar of our long-term mobility vision. We have been steadily expanding the adoption of electric vehicles across our transportation ecosystem and have seen firsthand the positive impact EV-led corporate mobility can create for enterprises and the environment. Our partnership with Green SM marks another important milestone in this journey, enabling us to scale sustainable employee transportation while continuing to deliver the safety, reliability, and operational excellence our customers rely on us for“, said Kavitha Ramachandragowda, Co-Founder and Executive Director, RouteMatic.
Mr. Bach Tuan Anh, CEO, Green SM India said: “We are pleased to work with RouteMatic as Green SM begins the journey in India. Building green mobility is not only about introducing electric vehicles, but also about working with partners who understand the daily movement needs of businesses, employees, and cities. Through this collaboration, Green SM hopes to combine our experience in all-electric fleet operations with RouteMatic’s deep knowledge of corporate mobility, creating practical solutions that can support India’s sustainable development.”
Green SM is a global electric ride-hailing and mobility platform that officially commenced operations in India on June 5, 2026, with Delhi-NCR as its first market. Guided by its “Ride 5 Star” service commitment, Green SM brings an integrated service model built on the all-electric 7-seater VinFast Limo Green SUV, professionally trained drivers, safety standards, and proven fleet operations experience across multiple markets. By combining Green SM’s electric vehicle fleet with RouteMatic’s AI-powered transportation and fleet management platform, route optimization capabilities, and operational expertise, the partnership is expected to deliver a modern, efficient, and sustainable transportation model for corporate customers in India.
India’s corporate mobility landscape is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by the expansion of business hubs, the growth of Global Capability Centres (GCCs), increasing focus on employee well-being, and rising sustainability expectations. As organizations seek practical pathways to reduce their carbon footprint, electrification of workforce transportation is emerging as a key area of focus.
Through this latest partnership, RouteMatic and Green SM aim to help enterprises transition towards cleaner workforce mobility while supporting India’s broader ambitions around sustainable transportation, fleet electrification and net-zero goals.
